ScreenFect

ScreenFect was founded in 2012 by Dr Pavel Levkin and Dr Gary Davidson as the result of a successful interdisciplinary research collaboration at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany.
ScreenFect have developed a facile modular method based on click chemistry for parallel synthesis of libraries of lipid-like molecules. Candidate molecules are selected by cell-based high throughput screenings, resulting in highly efficient transfection in different cell types, surpassing the efficiency of several popular commercial transfection reagents.

First and foremost, it’s essential to explain the technology in which ScreenFect bases their innovative reagents. Here you can find more information on that: Designing novel gene-delivery systems: parallel synthesis of lipid-like molecules

If you are interested in testing a specific ScreenFect reagent on your cells, but are unure which one to try, and how to optimize for your work, in the ScreenFect Product Finder, you can cross-check your cell line against the application, and get a direct recommendation on which reagent to choose:
